Sharon Bruell

The desire to create art has ben a part of me since childhood but the opportunity for instruction did not come until after high school.

I enjoyed several months of introductory oil painting at Bradley University and for years painted only in oils. Later, taking inspiration from artist friends, I tried pastel and watercolor, which I also enjoy using. Books and videos drew me into trying collage and abstract.

In my senior years, I now find more time to create and boredom is never  a problem.
