Artist Ammenities

• Artists retain all proceeds.

• Artists must be in attendance (in their booth).

• Featured on the Illinois Art League website, Facebook, & Instagram providing great exposure before and after the art show.

• Full color PDF for advertising will be available to each artist for distribution to their email list.
  Please send these to all of your current customers, friends, family, collectors, etc.
  The more people we invite, the more successful the show will be for everyone!

Images

• One piece of art per image.

• Image requirements: images must be in 1920 x 1920 pixels. Images must accurately represent the body of the artist's work to be exhibited at the Art Expo.

• If you are a returning artist, you DO NOT need to send images of your art, providing you are exhibiting the same art medium as last year.

 Reproduction Policy

• All artwork displayed at the Holiday Art Expo must be original and produced entirely by the exhibiting artist(s).  Prints are allowed as long as the original art is yours.

Fees

The application fees are as follows:
Members …………$40 per space
Non-members …... $80 per space
Tables ………………$5 per table
There are No Further Fees, this will serve as the application AND the booth fee.

 Additional Details

• No Tents are allowed. This is an Indoor event. Display needs to be free-standing, no attachments to the walls.

• You will be assigned to a 10’ x 10’ space, please stay within the tape marks.

• You can supply your own table(s) or rent one for $5 each - Please Specify on the form due to limited supply.

• 2 (cushioned )chairs will be provided at each booth. If you need more than 2, please note it on the application. (No charge)
