I have been a Central Illinois artist for the last 55 years and have gone through many stages of learning, teaching and painting. 

As a graduate of ICC and ISU, I am always experimenting and thrive on learning and change. Photographing nature and painting in acrylics are my favorites. Over the years my artwork has won many awards locally as well as nationally. Raising Monarch butterflies is a favorite summer hobby and I often create designs based on the butterflies I raise and the photos I take of them.
